Matt Haiken has significantly shaped the landscape of automotive retail through his leadership roles across multiple dealerships. Since May 2005, he has been the Dealer Principal and President of Prestige Volvo Cars East Hanover in New Jersey, a dealership founded on a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. This ethos has propelled the dealership to become the state's fastest-growing Volvo dealer, emphasizing courteous sales and state-of-the-art service. Matt's leadership extends to Polestar Short Hills, where he has served as Retailer Principal and President since September 2021, and to Prestige Volvo Cars Englewood and Lincoln of Englewood, both since April 2018.

In addition to managing dealerships, Matt holds the position of Chairman of the Volvo Cars Retailer Advisory Board since May 2017, advocating for Volvo retailers nationwide.
