As a co-founder of ACV Auctions, he helped revolutionize the wholesale car market, making it easier and more transparent for dealers to move inventory online.

In 2024 Joe launched DealerClub—a reputation-driven dealer-to-dealer auction platform that put trust and accountability at the center of wholesale transactions. In just a short time, it took off, attracting over 650 dealers and proving that the industry was ready for a new way of doing things. His vision paid off when Cars Commerce acquired DealerClub in early 2025, marking another big step in Joe’s mission to modernize automotive wholesale.
