Jim Ganther

Jim Ganther is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Notre Dame Law School.  After establishing his career as a business attorney and litigator in Washington, D.C. and Tampa, Florida, he became in-house counsel for an F&I brokerage where he focused on legal issues affecting dealerships.  In 2006 he founded Mosaic Compliance Services, which provides customized web-based compliance management systems for automobile, RV, and power sport dealerships.  Jim is an AV-rated attorney and was designated by F&I and Showroom Magazine as a member of their national "Who's Who in F&I."

Jim lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife, Melissa, and various combinations of their seven children.  His hobbies include car insurance, weddings, and competitive BBQ.
