Gabe Robleto

Gabe Robleto is a Senior Vice President at Kerrigan Advisors leading the firm’s clients through the sale process. He has completed buy/sell transactions representing over 20 franchises representing and $500 million in client proceeds. Gabe’s expertise encompasses all facets of automotive retail with a particular emphasis on real estate, including property due diligence, mortgage financing, lease negotiations and real estate purchase agreements. Gabe joined the firm as a Vice President in 2018, opening Kerrigan Advisors’ East Coast office in Northern Virginia, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2024.
