Brad Miller

Brad graduated from Washington & Lee University and then from Tulane University Law School where he graduated #2 in class, Summa cum laude, and editor of the Tulane Law Review.

He then worked for over 8 years in private practice at Cooley LLP, a leading technology law firm based in Palo Alto/San Francisco, CA, then at WilmerHale, LLP, a multinational law firm based in Washington, D.C.

That was followed by over 16 years at the National Automobile Dealers Association. There, he acted in numerous roles, including as general counsel for the NADA Used Car Guide prior to its sale. Most recently, Brad was the Chief Regulatory Counsel at NADA, representing dealer interests before numerous federal agencies and educating dealers on regulations promulgated by those agencies.

Brad is an industry-leading expert on a wide array of federal regulatory issues - from telemarketing to consumer finance - with a particular expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity regulatory issues affecting dealers.

He has been a featured speaker for many years at the NADA Show, as well as at numerous national and regional conferences, workshops, and webinars - before dealers, dealer lawyers, accountants, IT professionals and more.
