Bill Cariss is the President and CEO of Holman Growth Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Holman Enterprises.  He has been with the Holman organization since 1984, starting his career at ARI in fleet management before transitioning into retail operations in 1996. Over the years, he held key leadership roles including Vice President of Dealership Operations (2001) and President of Retail Operations (2015).

In his current role, Cariss leads strategic investments in early-stage companies and startups shaping the future of the automotive industry. Holman Growth Ventures, under his leadership, has $300 million in assets under management and is involved with over 20 companies. The team focuses on leveraging technology—such as connected cars, IoT, and data analytics—to enhance dealership operations and customer experiences.
