Andy Guelcher is the co-owner and operator of Mohawk Chevrolet, where he's been at the forefront of recruiting and retaining top talent across various departments since July 2016. His dedication over the past 18 years has been pivotal in enhancing the customer and community experience at both Mohawk Honda and Chevrolet dealerships, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for the automotive industry.

Before leading Mohawk Chevrolet, Andy was integral to Mohawk Honda's operations as General Manager from August 2018 to January 2022 and previously as Variable Operations Director, where he focused on sales growth and operational excellence. His earlier roles at Ciocca Hyundai of Lebanon and Ciocca Honda in Pennsylvania, along with his time as a Sales Manager at Bobby Rahal Honda, laid a strong foundation for his leadership, emphasizing team development, customer service, and business growth. Andy's career is distinguished by his commitment to excellence and community involvement, making significant contributions to the automotive field.
